A New Jersey man claimed he was hurt slipping on ice cubes. Fortunately, a surveillance camera caught him throwing the ice cubes on the floor himself and laying down on top to make it look like slip & fall.

Alexander G. waited until he was found and filed a false insurance claim. He was charged for insurance fraud and theft by deception.
